Effective May 19, 2023, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Evan Stuart Elan’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth for violating professional rules that govern diligence, communication, bar admission and disciplinary matters, and for failing to comply with prior orders of the Disciplinary Board and Paragraph Part Six, § IV, 13-29 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
