Ordered and effective October 6, 2023, pursuant to Rules of the Supreme Court Part Six, Section IV, Paragraph 13-24, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board summarily suspended Denise Ann Daniels’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia based on her 30-day suspension on August 10, 2023, by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals Opinion No. 23-BG-0454. She was ordered to appear before the board on October 27, 2023, to show cause why the same discipline that was imposed in the District of Columbia should not be imposed in Virginia.
