Effective November 16, 2023, pursuant to Virginia Rule of Professional Conduct 8.5, the Third District, Section II Subcommittee of the Virginia State Bar issued a public reprimand without terms to Erik M. Helbing for violating professional rules that govern competence, diligence, communication, and safekeeping property. This was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges.
