Effective April 16, 2026, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Palmer Eric Hurst’s license to practice law based on his affidavit consenting to the revocation. By tendering his consent to revocation at a time when allegations of misconduct are pending, Hurst acknowledged that the material facts upon which the disciplinary proceeding is based, as described in his affidavit consenting to revocation, are true.
